I got great value for my money at San Stephano Resort. The room was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and very clean. The location was excellent, with facilities nearby. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing advice on local activities.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.

We booked a standard studio with a sunny balcony, we liked it. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We opted for the buffet breakfast & found it lovely! No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights with a cozy bed and helpful staff. The kitchenette had all the essentials like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. Plus, it's conveniently close to Barracuda! 🍴

The resort has an excellent location with beautiful views and the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and it was great to have a balcony to enjoy the view. We also appreciated the variety of TV programs available in the room.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The stairs to the restaurant and facilities were a bit excessive and could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

The reception and reservation staff, including Samaya, Gilbert, Giselle, and the other guy who was with Giselle this morning. They greeted me warmly and were very helpful throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony that offered a stunning view. The highlight of the room was definitely the jacuzzi, which was a luxurious touch. The hotel also had a fantastic pool, perfect for a refreshing swim, and a beautiful beach area with a nice restaurant. The kids had a great time playing in the sand and enjoying the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel right in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring the town and its many restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with everything we could need. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool areas, which offered a relaxing environment to unwind.

One downside of this hotel is that it can be quite noisy at night due to various events being held in the vicinity.
